webCDwriter 2.6.5

• On-the-fly copying of CDs does not work -> Fixed in patch-2.6.5c.txt and CDWserver Pro 2.6.5c
• Detection of non-SCSI devices does not work -> Fixed in patch-2.6.5c.txt and CDWserver Pro 2.6.5c
  Note: This calls cdrecord with "dev=ATAPI" and does not work with cdrdao (for copies of audio CDs) and the dvd+rw-tools (DVDs).
• No large file support in CDWserver Pro 2.6.5 -> Fixed in CDWserver Pro 2.6.5c
